I had weather stripping replaced on my two garage doors. The Fagan technician, Izzy, was very thorough, replacing both the top and side strips and he even suggested a simple way to prevent mice from getting in the garage, which so far has worked perfectly. He also checked our remote openers and the movement of the doors after installation of the weather stripping. Excellent service, thank you.

Over several years we have used Fagan door for three jobs. The first was to install a new door and opener, the next was to replace a broken door spring (a very difficult job), and the third was to install a replacement opener. All three were done quicly and professionally. I recommend them to everyone.

After a mixup with scheduling they made it happen quickly and professionally. The woman who took my call had an upset customer and handled the whole situation exceptionally well. Excellent experience from the beginning to the end. Had a garage door opener replaced. Technician arrived, as scheduled and per text message update, on time. Was corteous and friendly. Completed the installation faster than expected. Demonstrated functionality and answered all my questions and explained terms of warranty. On the third day in the evening, (after working like a charm until then) the door would not close. After making sure the path of light for the "eye" was clear and exhausting my friends and neighbors options I called Fagan and since they were closed was transferred to the 24hr emergency line to leave voice mail. Received a call back in less than 10 min. and a lady guided me patiently through the steps. After more than half an hour of repetitively trying several methods under her continued guidance to no avail the door ultimately obeyed. On Mon. I called Fagan to schedule service. Was somewhat disappointed that the Thursday was the soonest, but subsequently they pushed it to Tuesday, which I ultimately cancelled as the door continued (and still continues) to work properly.

Door was making unusual noise. The guys quickly diagnosed and corrected the problems. They were professional, personable, and even replaced the bulb in my opener. I could not even locate one in the stores let alone replace it! HIGHLY recommend Fagan!
