My garage door would not open on a Saturday evening. I felt trapped. No way to get a car out. I called Fagan and left a message w/ the emergency contact who called me back. Sunday morning by 8:30 a.m. someone was out to open the door long enough to allow me to get a car out. Door was permanently repaired on Tuesday. I was so impressed that Fagan offered emergency service and their quick response.

There was an accident to one of my garage doors. Three panels need to be replace. Being a previous customer I knew I could rely on their reputation. So I decided to get the complete door ( 4 panels) replaced AND I did the other door also. The install job took about 4.5-5/hours . The employee was professional and accommodating. The only problem have is I asked for a discount since I was getting both doors done, it came $40 a door. I figured it would have been more since it took so long but I’m not taking a star off for this. Just a side note: I had two other companies come and give me a quote. Both came in lower but I still went with Fagan. That should sum it up right there.

The 2 men who came to replace a panel on my garage door were professional and friendly. While doing so they discovered a motor issue which they immediately addressed, called in and set up a repair/replacement for me. The young man who came the next day was on time and helpful. These gentlemen you have working for Fagan are "keepers" and perhaps should be rewarded for representing the company so well.

The service itself went very well...easy to schedule, quick to complete and it fixed the problem. I do want to save you some money though. Last fall I signed up for a preventive service...it was a special to prevent future problems and keep the door working properly. My door is still like new (3 years old) and works fine, but I decided to spend the money to keep it in good shape. I paid approximately $150 for that. Well, that did not really prevent problems. After nine months, I did have a problem with one of the doors and called service. That is the service call I mentioned in the beginning. I had to pay approximately $200 for that service call because the prior fall's service was not a service plan and there was only a 90- day warranty. The moral of the story is... do not waste your money on their preventative maintenance specials. Wait until there is a problem and then you just have to pay once.

If you need your garage door fixed, pick Fagan Door. If you want service that is backed by the company, pick Fagan Door. If you want all of the above along with service that goes above and beyond pick Fagan Door. My friend has Alzheimer’s which made it difficult to figure out exactly what was going on with the garage door. But Fagan didn’t give up, they figured it out and took the extra steps needed to ensure that it was fixed. This company is professional, and run by good and decent people. You can’t get better than that. Thank you Fagan for your skill and patience.
