The quality of the doors and the de-installation and the re-installation were done timely and professionally. The young man who installled them was respectful and polite. He worked continuosly, correcting the mistakes and wear and tear from 40 years of the old doors. I was very impressed with his diligence, attitude and knowledge. 02-05-08 The door that you replaced today was the first door that I bought from you in 1986. Since then I bought about 36 from you over the years. Greenhouse conditions are hard on them, with dampness and moisture. On Saturday, my first door of 22 years broke and I already had seeds started in that greenhouse. I called the office on Monday and on Tuesday my new door was up. That is service and after 22 years that is why I only call Fagan.

They were installed last July and we loved them then - but they have drastically improved the temperature in the garage, it is really important to maintain a reasonably warm temperature in the garage so that the pipes don't freeze. Plus, and even more important, we have our dogs in the garage during the day when we are at work. It has been maintaining a temp of 60 degrees which is fantastic. The garage is heated, but in the past, it was difficult to get it over 45 degrees in the extreme cold - now, I think the heater is working less and the garage is the warmest it's benn. Aside from looking great and working flawlessly - These doors are saving us money! Many Thanks!

After checking the door, which opened but would not remain closed, the young man tweaked the old opener with a screwdriver, and the door opened and closed perfectly. The large spring for one of the garage doors let go. After we got over the shock that this could happen, and the very scary realization that someone could have been seriously injured or killed, calls were made to try to get this repaired. I was unable to reach the company that installed the doors seven years ago, but luckily I was able to reach your company. This note is really just to thank you for the professional manner in which the entire repair was handled. I was very impressed with all of the people I spoke with and the repair man. Each one was extremely helpful and not the least bit put off by the fact that some other company had installed the doors. Besides the fact the poor man had to do it during one of the hottest days of the year. They all acted like we were long time customers - it was refreshing because we get so used to the surly cryptic attitudes prevalent in just about every industry today. Again, thank you for the timely professional manner in which this was handled. If you need an advertising tool, the fact that this type of thing can happen would be great - IF you could get people to listen before something happens. All of our friends will be warned and told to call you. I have been in and around construction all my life and never heard of such a possibility. It is truly a heart stopper.

Last Wednesday I called in the late morning about a broken spring on one of our garage doors. A young man arrived around 3:00 and had it fixed and operable in a short period of time. He left the garage door in much better operating condition than when he arrived and this was beyond the spring repair. He was most polite and courteous. As you know, the problem turned out to be both complex and difficult to diagnose, and I understand that even an eventual consultation with the manufacturer never completely identified the problem.
