Good Morning Bill!
As you suggested, we planned a neighborhood “black out”. One at a time we turned off power to our entire home and then tried our garage door openers ….. after powering off our 4th house everyones Garage Door Openers worked (even one neighbors remote car starter started working)! We turned on a breaker at a time to isolate the area causing the problem, turned out to be a old (2003) Emerson Clock Radio that was plugged in for visiting family over the summer. Very hard to believe but our 12 Garage Doors are now fully functioning and they work from quite a distance!
